- BAGX utilizes a statistical investment approach to invest in US-listed stocks of any size. Security selection seeks to provide strong exposure to three factors: Quality, characterized by high profit margins and stable earnings, Value, reflected in low valuation multiples, and Sentiment, indicated by positive estimate revisions and price momentum. The strategy seeks to identify stocks with a lower probability of long-term price decline, while recognizing that these securities may experience greater short-term volatility. Additionally, the sub-adviser incorporates ESG considerations when available. The fund may employ more aggressive investment techniques, including investing up to 10% of its total assets in a single company, investing in non-US companies, and engaging in short-term trading for periods of less than three months.
