- JCDecaux SE engages in the provision design, install, and maintain a range of free and low-cost services. It operates through the following segments: Street Furniture, Transport, and Billboard. The Street Furniture segment involves advertising agreements, public property entered with cities and local authorities, shopping malls, renting of street furniture, sale and rental of equipment cleaning and maintenance, and other services. The Transport segment refers to advertising in public transport systems, airports, metros, buses, trams and trains. The Billboard segment consists of advertising on private property, traditional large format, back-light, and neon-light, and advertising wraps. The company was founded by Jean-Claude Decaux in 1964 and is headquartered in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France.
