- The investment seeks to increase the value of the investment through income and investment growth. Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in debt securities issued or guaranteed by government and quasi-governmental entities and corporations located in emerging market countries and denominated in U.S. dollars (“USD”) along with euro denominated debt hedged in USD.
