- SKHZ is designed for making bearish bets on the ADR of SK Hynix Inc. through swap agreements and options contracts. The fund seeks to obtain daily inverse exposure equivalent to -100% of the funds net assets. To maintain this exposure, daily rebalancing is performed to make adjustments in response to SK Hynixs daily price movements. As an inverse product, the fund is intended as a short-term tactical tool rather than as a long-term investment vehicle. As a result, returns may deviate from the expected -100% if held for longer than a single day due to compounding. This strategy is high-risk and does not include a defensive position as part of its overall process. Note that if SK Hynixs value were to increase by more than 100% in a single trading day, investors could face a total loss. Additionally, the fund could potentially lose money over time, even if SK Hynixs performance declines. The fund is expected to invest in money market funds, deposit accounts, and short-term debt instruments as collateral for its derivative positions.
