Technology ETFs are ideal for growth-oriented investors who want exposure to secular trends like artificial intelligence, cloud migration, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. While the sector has delivered outstanding long-term returns, it can experience sharp corrections during periods of rising interest rates or multiple compression. QQQ is technically not a pure tech fund, but its heavy technology weighting makes it a de facto tech allocation for many investors.
