- Description
- KIQQ aims to maintain Nasdaq-100 equity exposure through volatile markets by tracking an index that uses a systematic enhanced collar strategy. The funds strategy seeks upside participation, potential cost reduction, and monthly distributions, with at least 80% invested in securities of the underlying index or similar instruments, including swaps and derivatives. The fund holds and sells options for income while buying put options as downside protection. The strategy includes total return exposure to the Nasdaq-100, daily selling of short call options on the Nasdaq-100 Futures Excess Return Index, and daily adjustment of short futures positions to replicate rolling puts options on the Nasdaq-100 Index. KIQQ may invest directly in index components or ETFs, or through swaps, equities, or derivatives, with position terms and weightings possibly differing from the index. It may also use replication or representative sampling. The fund may engage in securities lending.
