- Description
- PWRX seeks total return through income and capital appreciation by actively investing in a focused portfolio of 40 to 60 power and infrastructure companies spanning the full energy value chain including traditional energy producers, utilities, renewables, data center and connectivity infrastructure, and energy-related technology companies. The Fund invests primarily in North American companies of any market capitalization, though it may also invest in other developed markets. The Adviser employs a bottom-up fundamental security selection process informed by a top-down view of long-term structural growth trends. To enhance income and manage portfolio volatility, the ETF employs a disciplined covered call writing strategy, selling one-month call options averaging 5 to 10% out-of-the-money on a monthly recurring basis against its long equity positions. The ETF may invest up to 25% of its total assets in Master Limited Partnerships (MLPs).
